little REM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello,<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m on the <strong>5th<\/strong> day of the adaptation period.\u00a0 The <a title=\"Day 0\" href=\"http:\/\/six40winks.com\/2012\/03\/07\/day-0\/\">original plan<\/a> was to move today to full polyphasic schedule.\u00a0 However I decided to hold off and continue a few more days on Everyman-<strong>3<\/strong>\u00a0 (<strong>3h<\/strong> at night + <strong>3<\/strong> naps during the day of<strong> 1\/2h<\/strong> each).<\/p>\n<p>The reason is mostly to stay healthy and conserve my energy. \u00dcberman means only 2h\/day which is quite extreme.\u00a0 So I want to do that adaptation when I&#8217;m feeling very strong and ready.\u00a0 I had a hint of runny nose in the morning, my <a title=\"ham as in hamstring\" href=\"http:\/\/danibird.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/12\/jamon-iberico.jpg\">ham<\/a><a title=\"string as in hamstring \" href=\"http:\/\/www.statuaryplace.com\/store\/images\/Twisted%20Metallic%20gold%20string%202mm.jpg\">string<\/a> is still recovering, &#8230;
