15mn<\/strong> of waiting.\u00a0\u00a0 The <strong>12am<\/strong> and <strong>5pm<\/strong> used to be a ladder: wake-&gt;light-&gt;deep.\u00a0 But weird patterns are showing up.\u00a0 This may be my body adapting.\u00a0 We&#8217;ll see the evolution in the next days.<\/p>\n<p>Here are my subjective annotations (the 1-10 scale can be found <a title=\"snooze lose and scale\" href=\"http:\/\/six40winks.com\/2012\/03\/14\/you-snooze-you-lose\/\">in this post<\/a>):<\/p>\n<p>(2012\/03\/20, (2:00, 6, &#8220;just woke up&#8221;), (3:50, 7, &#8220;coding&#8221;), (4:27, 6, &#8220;computer work, bit sleepy&#8221;), (5:40,6,&#8221;getting tired for reading&#8221;), (6:40,4,&#8221;nodding off&#8221;), (7:35,5),(7:40,6, &#8220;nap inertia from light sleep&#8221;),(8:30,7.5), (11:30,7.5)).\u00a0 Normal the rest of the day with light sleep sensation for the other naps.<\/p>\n<p>(2012\/03\/21, (2:00, 6, &#8220;just woke up&#8221;), (3:50, 7, &#8220;coding&#8221;), (4:24, 6, &#8220;learning, first sign of sleepy&#8221;), (4:40,7,&#8221;eat something&#8221;),(5:33,6,&#8221;second wave of sleepy&#8221;),(5:50,4),(6:35,4),(6:39,5),(6:40,6),(7:15,4),(7:30,7),(17:00,7),(17:30,6,&#8221;tired eyes&#8221;),(18:00,5,&#8221;naptime&#8221;)) Normal the rest of the day with light sleep sensation for the other nap.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello again.
